It covers the website only. It does not cover information handled during a cleaning visit or in other dealings with us outside the website.

Information you send us. When you use our contact form or our quote form, we collect what you enter, which can include:

• Your preferred contact method and time (phone call, text message or WhatsApp)
• The service address (street, city, state and ZIP code)
• Details about the property and the cleaning you need (property type, size, bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, pets, access instructions, parking, extras, schedule and budget)
• Photos or videos you choose to upload, and any message you write
• Whether someone referred you, and how you heard about us

If you call, text, email or message us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant on the website, we collect the messages you type and any details you share there, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address and the cleaning you need.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. We use Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and the Google Ads tag for this. Our security tools also record IP addresses and login attempts to protect the website.

• Cybix (cybix.us), which provides the AI chat assistant in the corner of the website. The chat is automated: its answers are generated by software, not written by a person. What you type is processed by Cybix and the AI service providers it uses so the assistant can reply and pass your request to our team, and our team may read the conversation to follow up with you. Please don’t share payment card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.
