Does the home have to be empty?

Yes, move-in and move-out cleaning is for vacant homes. If the home is still furnished, book a deep cleaning instead.

Do you clean inside cabinets and closets?

Yes. With the home empty, we can wipe inside cabinets, shelves and closets. Tell us when you book.

Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?

Yes, as add-ons. Ask for them when you request your estimate.

Will this help me get my security deposit back?

A clean home helps at the final walk-through, but the landlord decides on the deposit. Check your lease for the cleaning your landlord expects and share it with us so we cover it.

Do I need to be there?

No. You can meet us, leave a lock box, or we can pick up keys. We’ll confirm access before the day.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you know your move date. Moving weeks get busy, especially at the end of the month.
